Nils Ericson

Nils Ericson, originally from South Florida graduated with a BS degree from the University of Florida and MBA degree from Rollins College, Winter Park, FL.  He moved to Johns Creek in 2001 with his wife and three sons.  They chose the Johns Creek area for its proximity to family and North Georgia Mountains.  Nils' father was a dairy farmer.  Growing up on a dairy farm made him appreciate the value of land, property and helping others.  His father taught him several lessons, like the value of hard work, taking responsibility for your actions, and always appreciating God's creation. 

Nils has over 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, contract negotiations, training, and customer service.  Prior to a career in real estate, he served in the capacity as a Business Unit Vice President in the Medical Healthcare Industry.  In his role as Vice President, Nils developed outstanding negotiation and communication skills which are vital in his role as a Realtor.  He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  Nils' business acumen and experience brings significant value to his clients.  His goal is to make the home selling or buying process as simple as possible.

 Nils is a member of Perimeter Church located in Johns Creek.  He coached youth football for over 10 years for Alpharetta Eagles, Northview Junior Titans and Johns Creek Junior Gladiators.  He enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports (particularly football), and fly fishing.  (Though he is not very good at it).

His faith in the LORD drives him to help others.
